Choosing synthetic oil will help prolong the engine's life while providing a much better protection all around. For Honda vehicle's, 0W-20 Synthetic Oil is recommended to avoid sludge build ups, dirt and debris. Always follow the recommended oil change schedule to refill and refresh the oil in the engine to ensure a longer-lasting life.
